Clearance Sale 2026

During their time on rental, our bikes have been thoroughly maintained and polished to Bike Bus standards, and could continue to be rented for many years to come. But to keep the fleet up to date, at every end of season we like to sell off a whole bunch of bikes.

Buying an ex-rental bike from Bike Bus guarantees a great functioning bike, but if ever it has problems, we’ll be here in Castelnaud, ready to fix them back up again.

Come try out a few models, see if there’s anything that takes your fancy.

Our Guarantee

Each bike receives a multi-point reconditioning before being put on sale at Bike Bus, and is sold with a 6 month guarantee. So you can be sure that when buying a reconditioned bike from us, it will function correctly from the first day you receive it and beyond … and if ever it needs attention or a tune-up, you can bring it back to Bike Bus in Castelnaud for me to repair it to the best of my ability.

The guarantee covers all work on “Vices Cachés” (dysfunctional parts that were purposely hidden from you at the sale). Beyond the Guarantee, you can still bring it back to me at Castelnaud, and if its a quick job (for me) its likely that I’ll do the repair rapidly and for a tiny fee ..

Financing your bike

If you live and work in the Dordogne, there is a government financial aid available to help with the cost of your bike (new / reconditioned / long-term rental). To be eligible, there must be a current or future agreement with your employer and the aid is credited to you through your pay check.

The current amount as of January 2025 is 600 to 900 euros PER YEAR. This can cover the purchase of a new or reconditioned or even a long term rental bike, safety and security accessories.
