You can rent our bikes
For the morning (9h to 13h)
For the afternoon (14h to 18h)
All day (09h00 to 18h00)
or up to 15 days.

To rent for longer, just make multiple reservations for consecutive periods.

Roadside Assistance

Despite the fabulous quality of our bikes and the rigorous maintenance schedule, they do sometimes go wrong, but luckily for Bike Bus customers, we’re here to help.

If you have an issue with your bike, ask us for assistance,

  1. Scan the QR on your bike to get to our website
  2. Hit the red ASSISTANCE button and send a text and a pin for your location.

We’ll do our utmost to fix the problem, by swapping the bike out, or something else that helps you out.

Most companies charge extra for this, but for Bike Bus customers, the service is free

(Damaged components are at cost though)

  • Pump : All our bikes have auto-repairing tyres. Just re-inflate with the pump ..
  • Bike lock : Security first when you leave the bike to go visit stuff
  • Paniers 10L : Fixes onto any adult bike and is sufficient for your picnic, drinks and souvenirs
  • Basket 20L : Fixes to any adult bike and is sufficient for your whole rucksack
  • Helmet : Your security is our utmost occupation and so our helmets are always in good condition, catalogued and cleaned after every use. They are obligatory for children up to 12 years, and free for all with our rental bikes.
