Departure point : Bike Bus at Castelnaud la Chapelle.
Duration : From 4 to 6 hours, non stop, depending on which one you choose.
Season : Every day from June to September.
Departure times : From 9h00 to 11h00.

A few regulations :
- Minimum age 5 years old
- All participants must be able to swim and be in good physical condition
- Canoeing : All participants must wear their buoyancy aid and proper footwear at all times
- Cycling : Wearing a helmet is strongly advised on these bike circuits
- Off the river by 17h + return to Bike Bus by 18h
- Respect the countryside, collect your rubbish
