Departure point : Bike Bus at Castelnaud la Chapelle.
Duration : From 4 to 6 hours, non stop, depending on which one you choose.
Season : Every day from June to September.
Departure times : From 9h00 to 11h00.

All equipment included (mountain bike and helmet, canoë or kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid and container)
A few regulations :
- All participants must be able to swim and be in good physical condition
- Minimum age 5 years old
- Must wear your buoyancy aid and proper footwear at all times
- You may deviate from the suggested routes, but you must respect the return times (Off the river by 17h + Return to Bike Bus by 19h)
