Notre TriSport est unique en Périgord

A circuit of 3 activities at your own pace, around the Dordogne Valley : Mountain bike >> Canoe >> Run / walk …

Departure point : Bike Bus at Castelnaud la Chapelle.

Duration : From 4 to 6 hours, non stop, depending on which one you choose.

Season : Every day from June to September.

Departure times  : From 9h00 to 11h00.

One payment for 3 activities, all included :

  • mountain bike and helmet
  • canoë or kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid and container
  • carte du parcours en GPS (bring your mobile telephone)

A few regulations :

  • Minimum age 5 years old
  • All participants must be able to swim and be in good physical condition
  • Canoeing : All participants must wear their buoyancy aid and proper footwear at all times
  • Cycling : Wearing a helmet is strongly advised on these bike circuits
  • Off the river by 17h + return to Bike Bus by 18h
  • Respect the countryside, collect your rubbish

In a canoe – 9 km – 2h00
From La Roque Gageac to Milandes, in a floaty boaty

On foot – 6 km – 1h30
From Milandes to Castelnaud, climbing up to the Château of Castelnaud. Option to take a bus to Castelnaud

Ideal for young or occasional cyclists (1 rocky uphill)

By mountain bike – 10 km – 1h30
From Castelnaud to La Roque Gageac, climbing past the Céou cliff route and a lovely single-track along the river

In a canoe – 9 km – 2h00
From La Roque Gageac to Milandes, in a floaty boaty

On foot – 6 km – 1h30
From Milandes to Castelnaud, climbing up to the Château of Castelnaud. Option to take a bus to Castelnaud
